What areas do you service?
We service all of Denton County. Our service area runs from I35 to 35w to 114, we even cover a 20 miles radius outside of that area. Here are some others areas we service, Justin, Northlake, Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, North Ft. Worth. Argyle, Double Oak, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Trophy Lake, Coppell, Corinth, Hickory Creek. If you do not see your area, please call us or email and ask us, if we do not service that area we may look into it or find you a scooper that does.

Do you work in the rain?
Yes, we will work in the rain unless it is lighting or if the rain is just too heavy.

What if my gate is locked?
If your gate is locked on your service day you will be billed for that day. We can offer to get a key box to keep on your gate, so we can always get in. We sell them for a very low cost. This will save you time and money as we will always be able to get into your back yard.

What happens if my service day falls on a holiday?
If you are a once a week customer, we will fit you in on another day. We will try our best to get you serviced the day before or the day after, but sometimes this can not happen. If you are a twice a week customer we will try to get to your yard as well but may have to fit you into another day or miss that visit.

Do you service commercial accounts and parks?
Yes we will service any place a dog leaves waste. Please call us so we can come out, give you a written bid and discuss all options.

What if I want to skip a service day?
If you are needing to skip a day, please call or email us the day before you visit so we can get you off the schedule for that day. If you or your dog will be gone for a few weeks let us know and we will hold service. You will not be billed for any skipped day or any days that your account is on hold.

How does your billing work?
All doggie patrol customers will be billed the prior month before the scooping is done. We offer our customers a choice to pay anytime between the 15^th and the 1^st of the month. If you have a date in mind, please let us know so we can accommodate your needs. All customers that pay by check will have 10 days from the 15^th to send payment in. All checks or credit cards that come back with insufficient funds will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Can we work with dogs in the yards?
Yes we can work with your dogs in the yard. We would like to ask that if your pet does not like strangers, please restrain them so we can scoop your yard without any risks.

Do you do one time cleanings?
Yes we can do one time cleanings, please call or email us for the rates.

Is there any Contract to Sign?
No we start your service over the phone or any other way your prefer. You can cancel your service at any time. We are so sure you will enjoy the benefits of having a clean scooped yard for many years to come.
